Content Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It defines what may and may not be created with or uploaded to Kino. Kino is a creative tool for adults (18+) and allows broad creative freedom, but the rules below are absolute. They apply to prompts, uploaded reference images, video and audio, and generated output, in any style (photorealistic, animated, stylized) and any framing (fictional, “aged-up,” roleplay, parody).

• Minors. Any depiction or sexualization of anyone under 18 (real or fictional, including characters that read as underage). This is zero tolerance: such content is removed, the account is permanently terminated, and violations are reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
• Real people without consent.Creating videos of any real, identifiable person (including celebrities, public figures, and private individuals) without their permission; uploading images or footage of a real person without their consent; or depicting a real person in sexual, deceptive, or defamatory contexts. This includes deepfakes of any kind: content that could be mistaken for real footage of a person, or that puts words or actions on a real person that are not theirs. Being famous does not make someone's likeness free to use.
• Non-consensual sexual content. Depictions of non-consensual sexual acts or sexual violence, regardless of framing.
• Extreme sexual themes. Sexual content involving incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or the sexualization of rape or abuse: prohibited in every style and framing, fictional or otherwise.
• Illegal content and activity. Any content that is illegal to produce, possess, or distribute, or that meaningfully facilitates illegal activity (e.g., functional instructions for weapons, drugs, fraud, or malware).
• Exploitation. Any content or use that promotes or facilitates human trafficking or sexual exploitation.

Kino does not pre-approve your prompts. It is your responsibility to use the tool within these rules and the law. Uploaded images and video are automatically screened; other misuse may be detected through reports, audits, or review of flagged activity. Not being blocked by an automated system does not make a use permitted.

• Uploads and content that violate this policy are blocked or removed.
• Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on severity: see Terms of Service §10. Anything involving minors results in immediate permanent termination and a report to the authorities.
• We may preserve and share content and account records with law enforcement when legally required.

Report content you believe violates this policy (including intimate imagery of you shared without your consent) to support@getkino.io. Include a description and, where possible, a link or identifying details. Reports are reviewed promptly; reports of intimate imagery made by the person depicted are prioritized. You can also report a problem with any of your own renders directly in the product.
